The staff was excellent, and the place was clean. We stayed in the family room, which had three well-sized bedrooms and big, comfy beds. It had a particularly good location, just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the bus/train station nearby.

enjoyed the location near the local shuttle bus stop. moreover, it's not far from the centre of echoland.

The Hakuba Echo Hotel and Apartments is a well-kept accommodation with a fantastic setting. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and bars, and it's right in front of the bus stop for the ski free shuttle services, making it easy to access ski hire shops and the ski resorts.

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a good area, just next door to all the restaurants and cafes. the breakfast had lots of options, including eggs and bacon. - the location was fantastic, with ease of access to Hakuba Art Museum.

My recent stay at Hakuba Echo Hotel And Apartments was fantastic! The staff provided hotel pick up and drop off from the Hakuba station, convenient. The room was spacious with a strong heater, making it cozy during the winter. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiers, with easy access to the nearby ski fields. The breakfast, especially the egg Benedicts, were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Hakuba.

The hotel was in an excellent location close to the bus stop for the ski shuttle services, restaurants, bars, ski hire shops, and ski resorts. Beautifully maintained and bright room for all your equipment was enjoyable.

We loved this hotel! The staff were the best, always helpful with transportation to restaurants and the ski slopes. The location near the Happo shuttle bus stop and fantastic restaurants made it so easy to get around. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the cooked meals. Highly recommend staying here!

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with easy access to the ski fields and right in the heart of the action. the beds were really comfortable and the room was bigger than expected. the bar had a great atmosphere and was a fun spot to hang out after a day on the slopes.

The shuttle system back to the hotel from the slopes was a bit confusing and could have been better explained. the bathroom was a bit small and there could have been more space to hang ski clothes in the drying room.
